Once purchased, the agent submits top-up screenshots, redemption codes, or activation links to the customer through the platform's order system. Game direct top-ups are generally completed within 30 minutes, while gift cards and activation keys are usually delivered within 1-2 hours. All virtual product delivery records are archived on the platform to ensure traceability and security.
